Why invest in the Smoky Mountains?

I started investing in Smoky Mountain properties myself just a few short years ago, in 2018. In less than a year, those investments successfully replaced my six figure engineering income.

I’m not alone in realizing the potential this beautiful vacation destination offers. The popular STR resource and blog, AirDNA, illustrates how the Smoky Mountains (Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and Sevierville) is the best place to own a short term rental.  This may sound over-enthusiastic, but consider how many other cities at the top of AirDNA’s list are now imposing STR restrictions.

Now a real estate agent in Tennessee, I use the insights gained from my own cabin-rental successes to steer my clients toward the highest performing properties. Dave and Bri were so great to work with.
